Senior Reasearch Analyst (REF: SEA)
Main responsibilities:
-Processes and background data for setting strategic direction and for determining the market sizing/ trending and forecasting models
-Provides timely, up-to-date accurate industry, research data and insight readily available to enable sales in insight selling and marketing managers
-Develop logical market sizes and growth rates for geographic and industry segments along with high level, but applicable, competitive SWOT segments analysis
-Researches, analyzes and develops documentation on the key competitors and identifies potential threats to which the company should respond
-Engages directly with sales, product and field marketing, and product management functions to assess competitive challenge, help define, and communicate competitive strategy
-Manages content in the business intelligence intranet

Senior Business Analyst / Consultant (REF: SCD)
Main responsibilities:
Analyze and document customer requirements
-Coordinate with onsite team to understand ongoing process changes being implemented by the customer
-Ensure communication with the client and interaction with project management, product management and other development teams within the organization
-Act as single point of contact for the client ensuring communication, end-users with technical /functional issues with regard to the application within the context of a customer
-Investigate, troubleshoot & resolve any issues arising during the course of implementation in a timely and efficient manner
-Interact effectively with customers and explore possibilities of expanding business with the account

-Exposure to Core Banking systems fire formats would be to have Like Switch File, GL file from Financle etc

-Installing, configuring and upgrading the Oracle server software (10G, 11G) and related product Oracle Application Server, Web logic, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Oracle BI
-Maintaining the established backup and other recovery policies and procedures
-Participates in providing BDA strategy plans
-Supporting product developers in planning preparation, load analysis, and backup and recovery of data
-Monitoring system performance & evaluating areas to improve efficiency
